I'm playing in an escalation league. I need 1HQ, 2 Troops and I can have an Elite.

HQ Succubus w/ Agoniser
Elite 4 Hekatrix 1 w/ Shardnet and Impaler

The Succubus and the Hekatrix will be mounted on a Venom w/ Splinter Cannon

Troop Hekatrix w/ Blast Pistol and Agoniser & 9 Wyches w/Shardnet and Impaler and Hydra Gauntlets

The Wyches will be mounted on a Raider w/ Disintegrator Cannon

Troop 5 Kabalite Warriors 1 w/ a Blaster

The Warriors will be on foot

Total Points 497

Here's my initial thoughts about your list:
- You have a lot of upgrades on your wyches. I would invest in more defense to make sure your wyches can make it to your target since they are so fragile.
- I would remove the splinter cannon on the transport carrying your wyches/bloodbrides since it's kind of counter productive. The cannon is good for shooting long distances but you'll want to get your wyches close.
- Your Kabalite Warriors are useless in this list since they'll never get close enough to the enemy (unless you're playing on a tiny table).
- If your opponent has any heavy support your going to have a hard time dealing with that (although I'm not sure if that's an issue with your rules).

Here's a quick list I made I think you could pull off with your models:

491 pts (I'd add some chain snares on the venoms with wyches for fun)
1) 5 Wyches, Venom - 105 pts
2) 5 Wyches, Venom - 105 pts
3) 4 Kabalite Warriors, Succubus, Venom (splinter cannon) - 166 pts
4) 1 Ravager (flickerfield) - 115 pts

I hope I was able to give you some ideas. Good luck.

Couldn't I drop the Bloodbrides into cover and use the Venom to pickup the warriors to move them about?

I'd look to a ravager for 105-115 pts. if possible.

You could do that but it would be risky. You can only disembark/embark during the movement phase. So the moves would end up being like this:
Turn 1) Move venom with bloodbrides
Turn 2) Disembark bloodbrides, fly back, embark warriors
Turn 3) Move venom to wherever
Turn 4) disembark warriors

The worries about this is your warriors won't be able to do anything until turn 4. Bloodbrides are fragile and they need to be in close combat to be effective. After disembarking units they can only shoot (no assault) so your bloodbrides will die fast if they're within shooting range. Also, a venom only has 2 hull points so it's very possible it might explode in the meantime, especially if your opponent has some anti-heavy weaponry.

Wyches really need haywire grenades imo - little points for big tank killer capability.
