The eversor assassins are just funny. They awake from being in a 'freezer' and go and rampage until they kill their intended target.
Not always how they work but funny nevertheless.

Doesn't matter how I came by it. Point is, this is the genuine article: a Space Marine bolter. Cursed? Only if you get caught with it. Here, I'll show you how easy it is.

For Fluff reasons I like the Eversor. Nothing like awaking a raging Berserker/Sabotuer from a Deep Sleep!

Cowards will be shot! Survivors will be shot again!

I too must support the Eversor. When you absolutely have to kill every bastard in the command center in a vulgar display of power there's no substitute. It's not a specialist (anti-psyker) or a traditional assassin (sniper, infiltrator) in the sense it's only after one target, it takes out everything close by in order to scare everyone else. Kind of like how Space Marines operate except the Eversor does it alone.

Shred City.

Vindicare.

I remember reading a short story somewhere about one who was super far away from his target, who was singing in a choir on some bad planet, and he ended up shooting him in the roof of his mouth during a solo or something, lol.

If someone could tell me where it was I read that, it'd be great. I'm willing to bet in the old Assassin Codex 'brochure' from back in the day, but I don't even know where my copy is to check. Somewhere around here . . .

Loved the story and background from the Callidus Assassin back when it was released in White Dwarf. The fact its one of the few Imperium female models is interesting too.

Muwahaa, squad of 9 Warp Spiders? Look, one is my Assassin and the rest are now dead.

The Eversor...though his old blowmyselfup ruleset was a little more fun than the current rendition.
