hi all
ive been collecting chaos marines for about 1 year now and i hit a speed bump.... i had nothing else to collect and most of the stuff i had never got used!!
then i discovered fw's great renegade gaurd codex and an idea was spawned...
i sat down and sorted through my force and got rid of anything i didnt use leaving myself with just enough stuff to do an allied detachment
i got myself some renegade infantry and boom i was hooked the fw kits are soooo nice and theres so much you can do within their lists
so before i bore you all heres some of the stuff ive made so far

ok so bit of an update
i figured id get some more of my stuff posted up
firstly my brides of chaos- (apostate preachers)
a pretty simple customisation using the banshees from the coven throne kit

and a undead heldrake from my chaos marine allies



im currently painting up the chaos servitors/veterans pics on them soon!!!!

This is pure madness and I totally approve of it

I love the corpse cart jaw, i'm doing a similar thing with one of my chimeras I used the necromancer however to make a techpriest

i was tempted to do that and still might as i want to make psykers closer to those from fw and the space marine video game

sooooooooo....... progress
typically ive put the traitors aside for the past couple of days as ive been working on artscaling my marine side of things.
this is needed as at the moment they dont feel like the imposing giants that the regular human sees them as... also because the patron to the leaders of the rebellion is due to make an appearance(fluff explained next time dont worry!!)

typically i started with the biggest ones and put together a wip chaos terminator
what do you all think?
proportions/scale ok?
should i add anything?

(sorry about the pictures lighting is terrible here)
scale next too a regular termie and an ultramarine

thanks. ive gotta admit your stuff is particularly inspiring!!! im definetley gonna be adding a bit more gs work now

a little bit of progress
termie 2 is built im gonna get them all done and then fill in the gaps in the joints and gs some cloaks
no 2 i really like how his base has come out zombies..... they just wanna touch....




im really enjoying these so far!!
