I will throw my 2 cents in the ring here.

Firstly, it helps an argument to be well thought through and then written legibly. There should be no excuse for poor grammar and spelling with today's software spell and grammar checking us at every turn.

Secondly, you still need to pay points for these spam units. They are balance (whether you feel poorly or not) by their required points.

Thirdly, how does limiting the number of a certain gun increase fluffy-ness? Those that no me are aware I live for the fluff, but if I am assembling a suicide Sternguard unit you can be damn sure I will get as many meltaguns in there as the points will allow. You think the poor souls chosen for that task wouldn't look for the most bad ass weapon to make a dent before they bite the bullet?
