Beta version of http://www.epicroster.com was successfully launched. While in a state of beta. And it will be great to get your feedback and bug reports.

Why does the Space Marine one have a pony?

Definatley the best looking one I have seen so far, I have not had much of a go but it seems to work really well too.

Insanely nice roster builder! This will be my new go-to list maker if pen and paper can't cut it.

A few things though:
- it would be nice if you could copy units to make duplicates (spam ftw)
- PDF output would also be sweet
- Tau specific: I have 3 broadsides in my squad, but can only add 2 drones max, not 6. Problem not present in Crisis Teams.

Is this just you or are there a real team behind it? Because the pro look just blows me away

It's very slick but I came across a couple of errors with my Necron list:-
Royal Court takes up an HQ spot (it shouldn't)
Canoptek Wraiths options are all or nothing (they shouldn't be, options are purchased on a per model basis)

Almost perfect, i cant seem to take special weapons for my Company command squad though.

I can't see it staying auper when GW see you posting stats, but not bad, not bad at all!

I like this a lot! Good luck with GW. Id use it.

GW will murder you but it's awesome. Only ask is to add a feature to company command squad and platoon to get special weapons

EDIT: I noticed some addition errors. Sometimes I am a few points under in the Imperial Guard Menu.
EDIT 2: I noticed the reason for the addition errors. You costed things wrong. Instead of 26 points of veterans and a 24 point company commander, make it 50 point group of veterans and free company commander upgrade. Small fix but make take some time to apply to it all! Good luck!

Oh I think I spotted a mistake, it lists my vanilla 5 man scout squad as being 67 points, but I believe Its 55 no?

It's very nice, and a hell of a lot of effort has gone into it, but savour your time in the limelight.

Those stat values are going to get you taken offline by GW in no time.
Pop-up rules, too.

I hope they leave you some semblance of a site afterwards, as this deserves to be kept online.

Tyranids:

Mycetic Spore for Doom of Malantai is listed as a Free upgrade but correctly charges 40 points.

Termagants I have to add a model and then subtract one to remove an error "model Termagant can't have less than 10Weapons"

Tervigon's are missing the Scuttling Swarm rule (the one that allows them to be Troops).

Carnifexes - additions to the Brood are listed as Free but correctly charge 160 points. Same with the Mycetic Spore only its 40 points. Also, does not handle the fact that all carnifexes in a brood must be equipped identically

This is really cool. Would be nice if it exported to PDF or text or something.

This is a really neat program.

For the Dark Eldar, when you choose Court of the Archon in the HQ section, it forces you to take one of each option for the court, but that actually isn't required by the codex. Is it possible to get that fixed?

Great job gentlemen! I note that i can't seem to add sponson guns to my Russ. The program also incorectly list the Basilisk at 127.

Here's a bug to report: Like so many other programs, it doesn't function in Opera.

(Just to check, I rolled the dice and tried it in Internet Explorer, and it worked just fine, so it definitely seems like it isn't compatible with my default browser.)

Also, it's not letting me give my Hekatrix a Phantasm Grenade Launcher. But other than that, so far it seems grand! Very intuitive, much easier for me to negotiate without explanation than Army Builder has ever been.

One thing I would try and do, if possible, either make it so we can ad more "boxes" to the screen, or adjust the way in which you do the Infantry Platoons for the Guard. Reason being that I can't seem to build my actual guard list with the site (it's got 2 platoons of 4 squads each, plus the 2 HQ slots take up all your allocated space on site)

If there were a way to combine my troop slots (the 2 platoons) that would go a long way to helping with that.

All who worked on this did a very good, very very good Job.

I only took the time to look at Ork roster so far.

Notes: Flash gitz do not have options to upgrade the basic flash gitz in the epicroster like they do in the codex.

Just had a quick look at the grey knight section. There seem to be some errors in the malleus terminator inquisitor and strike squad options. The points aren't quite right. It looks great otherwise.

Looks pretty, but that is SO getting shut down as soon as GW sees it.
