Should I keep the HV bolters in the tactical squads, or instead put a plasma cannon in each, and replace the plasma cannon dev squad by one with 4 heavy bolters ?

By dropping 1 terminator, could you modify CM to have Shield Eternal? Otherwise I just love a large number of devastators.

My response is: Go for the secondaries and deny objectives

Sentinels of Terra can only pick their own relics, and as such don't have access to the Shield Eternal. However, I could replace the CM by Lysander (who as eternal warrior). I'll just need to find 30 pts somewhere.
