Crisis suit with 2 missle pods, armour bane/haywire?

5 pathfinders 2 with rail rifles. One rail rifle has preferred enemy. The other has ignore cover.

7 firewarriors.

Cut a fw and pathfinder bear bone the suit so 2'weaps get rid of the rail rifle and that should be enough to give you a second suit with 2 weapons i would suggest plasma but thats just me. Only reason i say this is to seperate ur markers from the weapons so they will have a better chance of landing a hit.

It's kill team. Every model is an independent unit

Where are you getting these rules for armour bane and haywire? Is that a kill team thing?

For 200 points I would do

Crisis suit dual plasma 2 marker drones 76

7 fire warriors 63
10 kroot with sniper rounds 60

199 total points
This would give you a lot more shots and guys but has less marker support so it's a trade off but I also included the plasma guns for some armour piercing.

Yeah man, you get to choose 3 specialists, basically 3 models who you can give a usr. There's extra victory points for killing em etc
