Is that 4 da and serpents?

The commander might work better with the Heavy burst cannon on the riptide for 12 S6 rending esp against vehicles, otherwise I would spend the points on an ethereal and more stuff - broadsides missiles I think they would do more that the expensive commander with riptide with ion.. just my opinion, but seeing the commander with both type of riptides I have been more impressed with the cannon... cheers
