I usually play Chaos and for some reason can't seem to let it go. I have played Daemon allies to great effect but I want to boost my effectiveness. I want to have a more competitive tournament army that still includes some Chaos. I present for review an idea for an all comer Chaos list with Necron allies.



I am considering splitting the cultist squad in half. Huron is included for his ability to infiltrate units. The 20 man marine squad will be infiltrated so I can react to my opponent. If it makes sense they will be used to assault.

Is this list competitive?

Well, I'd take a DLord and 5 or 6 Wraiths instead of an Overlord and Scarabs. Moreover, I'd replace the Doomscythe by two Annihilation Barges.
