I want to make a custom white scars army, using horses and pegasus. They would be from the fantasy line, I would still kit them with the proper guns.

I was thinking an attack bike being a Pegasus, and normal bikes being just Calvary. I would be using GW bikers as the riders, with reposed arms.

I do have a couple questions though,

What would make good landspeeders?
Also if they are all from the gw lines, and have the proper guns, would they be tournament playable?

It is certainly an idea. The cavalry part I am with you 100%...the Pegasus part seems a bit over the top and doesn't really connect as it flies whereas the bike doesn't. If you wanted to cut the Pegasus part you could use small chariots instead.

Perhaps a griffon as a land speeder if you want to keep the mythical critters?

As long as they are the same size and have more or less WYSIWYG weapons then it shouldn't be a problem with TOs. As always check with the TO before hand.

I am not sure of exactly what you are driving toward; a fantasy army using white scars rules or a white scars army using cavalry. The cavalry one sounds really cool. I have a few and they are some of the best looking models I have.

WS bike armies work best with ~30 bikers, EW CM, 1-2 TFC, and a stormraven. If you are going for a cavalry type army you can use the actual stormraven and TFC models. If you are going fantasy then some type of dragon as stormraven and perhaps horse drawn artillery for the TFC. Th best is the pimped out CM gives you alot of freedom to go wild with conversions and modeling.

I am looking for a Calvary white scars list. I like the idea about the chariots. Thanks for the advice
