Right okay, so here's what I am planning to use in my next few games.
It's not a tournament list so it does not have to be 'unbeatable'. I ideally am aiming for a strong list that is fun, and also can win.
So here goes...

HQ-
Farseer: Runes of Witnessing- 115
Spiritseer: Spear of Teuthlas, Guardian Helm of Xellethon- 100
Troops-
3 Windrider Jetbikes: Shuriken Cannon- 61
3 Windrider Jetbikes: Shuriken Cannon- 61
5 Wraithguard: D-Scythes, Wave Serpent: Twin-linked Scatter Lasers, Holo-Fields- 345
5 Wraithblades: Ghost Axes and Force Shields- 160
Fast Attack-
2 Hornets: 4 Pulse Lasers, 2 Holo Fields, 2 Spirit Stones- 210
Heavy Support-
4 Dark Reapers-120
Wraithlord: Two bright lances, two flamers- 160
Night Spinner: Spirit Stones, Holo-Fields, Crystal Targeting Matrix- 165

So the main change is the fast attack choice, I can't decide which to get, so i'd like to see which make a better all rounded list.
Any help would be really appreciated.

The Twilight Zone

In both lists, you probably want the guardian helm on your farseer. It helps protect your warlord a bit better and I assume both psykers are going with the blades? Runes of witnessing and the spear are both ok, but neither are required. If you take the spear on the spiritseer, keep the witch staff as the spear is always a better shooting attack than the pistol, both are one handed combat weapons and there could be situations you want soul blaze over rending. Plus, the idea of a spiritseer wielding a staff and spear is pretty badass. Farseer could use a spear if you have points spare

I like the idea of going flat out with the hornets and abusing the holo fields, but the spirit stones are overkill. Squads treat stunned as shaken if I remember right, and if your shaken just turbo boost and snap fire anyways. Plus, two hull points on an av 11 skimmer is just not worth investing that many points into.

I understand the point of reapers in your list to help with mass Dakka, but they always need an exarch with night vision. They usually only get 1-2 turns of shooting and to lose some shooting power to night fight wastes your unit. Your meq and at is decent, you could do spiders and/or hawks for more Dakka power at a very affordable cost.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
