If anyone of you 40k loremasters has the 5th edition Space Marines codex at hand, how much (rough estimate) do you think the unit entries and background/fluff were simply ctrl+c ctrl+v'd over? I've noticed several paragraphs have identical sentences down to the letter.

GW is scared of girls. Why do you think they have so much trouble sculpting attractive female models? Because girls have cooties and the staff at GW don't like looking at them for too long because it makes them feel funny in their naughty place.

Quite a few paragraphs have been copied across from all the previous codices. It's nearly expected now. Like a tradition codex format that cant be broken.

that said there's also a LOT of new stuff, and those who are fans of chapters other then ultramarines should be pleased with it.

I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. Repeating some core details about a faction in the same way keeps thing consistent and iconic, as long as it doesn't comprise most of the codex, ideally.

Order of the Righteous Armour - 542 points so far.

I've noticed a lot of stuff has been copied, and slightly editied to include Centurian Armor into it.
