Subject: Good counter Eldar list?

My brother is driving me crazy with the new(ish) Eldar codex. Every single game he runs tons of bikes 2-3 Wave serpents and a Wraithknight.
His lists vary very little depending on the point limit we play. Sometimes he runs shining spears.
I would love to run a hard counter to this if it's out there, and see if I can make him change his list up a little.
The armies I currently run are Space wolves, Tau and a CSM army with mostly plague marines(pre-heresy Death Guard).
Those three units seem to easily soak up all the firepower my Wolves or Tau can throw at them and my foot-slogging Death guard can't catch up to anything.
I keep hearing how good the Tau are supposed to be, but it seems like everything they do the Eldar can now do better, moving after shooting, mass firepower, high strength shots, etc.
What do you guys think would be a hard counter to this list? Does it even exist?

Tau can still be very useful against Eldar, mainly for their uses against that coversave that Jetbikes love. And they can rock some serious damage against the Knight.
Space Wolves are a decent army in CC, but since Eldar doesn't really fear "decent CC", I wouldn't expect much from them.
CSM might be a valid option, mainly for it's capability of laughing at Jetbikes. This capability is called the Heldrake. And Plague Marines can take Plasma/Melta and with their poisoned punches in HtH they can deal with the Knight (and will most likely win if the Kinght doesn't have Glaive). Providing they get close enough of course, which will be a problem.

With bikes and wave serpents, try to get in to assault. Thunderwolf cav are a fast assault unit, or try outflanking/deepstriking to pen him in and then get the assaults off.
For the wraithknight, mass lascannons backed by rune priests (rerollls to hit) or just take several rune priests and try and get him with the jaws of the world wolf power?

Wolf guard in drop pods with combit meltas should hurt serpents and wraithknight enough. T-wolf cavalry to rush up while they have to deal with the 20 or so wolf guard that just drop pod assaulted in their deployment zone.
Rhino rush with tacts also might work.

I'd think that CSM would or pod-wolves would be your best bet.
Heldrakes are brutal against wave-serpents and jetbikes, while pod-wolves should be able to get into the rear-armor of the WS.

Tau can handle Wave Serpents if they utilize their ability to grant Tankhunter and Ignore Cover to its utmost.
Kit out a Commander as a "Buffmander", Command and Control Node, Multi-Spectrum Sensor Suite, Puretide Engram Neurochip, and join him to a unit of 3 Missilesides complete with 6 Missile Drones. Take Target Locks on each Broadside.
Now when they fire the drones shoot at one unit with 12 S7 TL BS2 shots (55% hitrate), and each Missileside can pick its own target to launch 4 S7, 4, S5 TL BS3 shots (75% hitrate) all are AP 4 Ignore Cover and either Tankhunter or Monsterhunter as needed. The SMS don't even need LoS.
Anyway, so, 2 Broadsides or the drones + 1 Broadside will destroy a Wave Serpent, regardless of cover save or if the shield is up. Two dead serpents a turn, you massacre most of his other units without even allowing a save.

If you are bringing all those missile drones, you better spend the 8pts on the commander for a drone controller too. Bs5 drones ahoy

Drop pods full of melta will cause problems for Eldar. Back that up with the long range support from either a Riptide or Broadsides, and you're off to a good start. You may not be able to knock out that Wraith knight right away, but you can "unhorse" him by knocking those Wave Serpents out and exposing its gooey insides.

Drone Controller doesn't work on Missile Drones.

Thanks for all the good suggestions.
I like the idea of drop pods and the heldrake since I'm practically guaranteed to get them into position.
I agree that thunderwolves would match up well against a wraithknight but my brother is too good a player to let them catch his 12' moving wraithknight. Although they would also be awesome against those serpents. Storm shields would be a requirement now with all the rending shot Eldar can spit out.
I think missle launcher long fangs would be my best bet to take out the wraithknight.
I am big believer in well rounded army lists and not list tailoring, but I'm ready to make an exception this time. He owns three armies but only plays serpent spam right now.
Anyway, thanks again dakka.
