Alone he is useless. Either switch the armour for Jump Pack or you can take the Codex power that gives you imaginary JP and go with Sanguinary Guard.

Solid choice. But they should have a special weapon. Flamer is my choice almost always. And notice that 5 guys will die quickly without good positioning (and even then sometimes) Death Company 205pts

Overall not a bad unit, but they need cover. Play carefully with these. Tactical Squad 205pts

A somewhat good list overall, but the problem I see is that there isn't much synergy. The only good objective-holder/shooter here is going to jump at the enemy's face while your several
CC-units move slowly across the board.
I might lose the Sanguinary Guard and with the points make the Assault Squad a 10-man unit and give the Dreadnought a Drop Pod. (Or if you insist on keeping the Sang Guard, drop the Death Company). I don't believe that these two units can exist in the same army and be succesful.
Our best Troops choice is Assault Squad so they should be used.
DC has it's place but it's tough to find one.
