So i got 65 points left.
Vulkan will be going with the terms in the LR

Troops will move out as needed with the drop pod in reserves to drop where needed most.

LR pushes deep to go say hi to the enemy, preds set back and shoot from a far.

Stormtalons are anti air and help harass enemy troops


any ideas on how to make this better?

Swap a storm talon and rhino for a storm raven w missile
Then there's 10p for something else

Its quite nice. Lots of scoring. Anti horde and anti air. A sprinkling of melta will help take out tanks unless facing a meched up list, in which case you don't have enough. Not much anti meq and teq apart from weight of fire. Also not taking huge advantage of flamer and melta bonuses (sternguard and legion abuse these bonuses). But good all rounder.
What LR are you taking? Because a godhammer cant fit the termis and vulkan. A redeemer is class if you plan on assaulting (which you obviously do) and saves you 10points so you can invest in cloaks on the scouts.

Im tanking the base LR pattern, im only taking 5 terms and vulken with them

A basic lr can only fit 5 termies inside cos they are bulky, so it's 10 cap is halved which means Vulcan makes it 6 so he can't get in

Basic = godhammer.

Oh crap thats right they are bulky, well now i gotta find a new home for vulken

Firstly its 55 not 65 points but id sugggest dropping 2 hammers to make it 65 and then add a scout squad

Ok reworded some of it and what do you all think of this one? Im doing the standard salamander thing and putting vulkan with a group of 10 sternguards in a drop pod

The one thing i dont like about this tactic and never have, to me it seem like a, all my eggs in one bucket kinda deal but, guess thats the catch 22

UGH fine 9 sternguards all preds get extra armor haha

First list was stronger with scouts with commo cloaks if you just drop the LR down to a LR R.

The Land Raider Redeemer is 10 points less than the Godhammer and can carry 12, so my advice is to take your original list, and swap the Land Raider for the Redeemer, and now you have 10 extra points to spend AND you can stick Vulkan in with your termies
