Your pathfinders are going to get wiped out immediately; you need more troops.

Most people run walkers with SL plus something else to benefit from the Laser Lock special rule.

I'm assuming that you're planning on using the Hemlocks to force your opponent to re-roll pinning tests, which I believe won't matter against guard depending on the orders they are using.

With so many fliers, the Autarch is a smart choice, but I'd alter his load-out a bit.

In his current configuration (i.e. using the mantle/jetbike combo), I'd drop the rifle and probably the spear (I'm assuming you mean Laser Lance here?) and add a fusion gun for popping tanks. You want to keep him out of combat and danger. He's just not that tough.

Alternatively, I'd drop the jetbike, the mantle, and the spear and stick him in a unit of Pathfinders.

Overall, I'd squeeze points out of the fliers and walkers to add more pathfinders or even just a whole gaggle of regular rangers.

Illric fits in nicely with regular rangers as they benefit from his Shrouded and he benefits from their Stealth.
