Well my wife is awesome guys! She bought me KLOS, for my birthday. But I don't play any apocalypse games and don't have the book. She bought it cuz to her it looked cool and she thinks it will be neat to have. Granted I could find myself one day saying that I'll use it but I don't see it happening 12 months from now. So my question to you is, should I keep it for her sake, and hopefully use it at some point in the future. Or take it back and get some other items, like a army case, pyshic cards, a forge fiend, or continue to build my space marine army. The latter seems the best to me. What should I do gents?

Or you could wait a week for Escalation and see what that's all about.

The ''Escalation'' book is out. Let's wait and see how Superheavies can be integrated into normal 40k games.

I'd keep the KLOS. Even if you don't get to use it, it would make a good centerpiece for your army. and you never know you might be more inclined to find apoc games to use it when you have it.

I like to say I have two armies: Necrons, and Imperium.....

I'll second this, and also add that, without knowing what your wife is like, swapping something she thought would be cool and fun for something else might hurt her feelings. As they say, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!"

I would keep it since it was a gift. You could use it as a chaos shrine terrain piece if nothing else. Plus, it's a fun model to build and paint.

So as for now I'll keep it, but should I do the walker version or the tank?

A happy wife is more important that a new model case in y opinion. Lets just hope she doesn't see your post here.
I agree, wait and see what comes of the new stuff because it may let you use it in more games or use it as a centerpiece as someone else said.
next time, give her more detailed hints as to what you are looking for so she doesn't have to guess and pick it on her own.

40k, it costs your money, it costs your time, it costs your life (wife).
Sorry but the KLOS looks pretty bad if you ask me. I wouldn't buy it.
