I just had an idea that it would be cool to build a CSM army with lots of bikers and fast stuff, in the honour of the Dooooomrider! And if those loyalists space huns can do it...
I'm just picking stuff from the top of my head and don't have the army book with me, but I think I should be able to get around 1750-1850 points with the following:

Chaos Lord on Juggernaught, MoK, AOBF, Sigil of Corruption

Chaos Lord on bike, Mark of Nurgle, PF, LC, Sigil of Corruption, Burning Brand

10 cultists

9-10 Plague Marines, 2 plasma, in a rhino

10 Chaos Bikers, Mark of Nurgle, 2xPlasma/Melta

10 Chaos Bikers, Mark of Slaanesh, Icon of Exess, 2xPlasma/Melta

10 Chaos Bikers, Mark of Khorne, Icon of Wrath, 2xMelta/Plasma

Maulerfiend

Maulerfiend

As I said, this is just from the top of my head so I don't know exactly how many points it would be, but I believe it should end up around 17-1850 points, with some room for some upgrades, maybe even a third Maulerfiend..
I don't believe it would make a very competitive list at all, but do you think it would stand any chance at all in a more casual environment? It would focus on getting the bikes in combat as fast as possible, using the Nurgle bikes as a tar pit and the Khorne ones with the juggerlord as a hammer. Plague Marines would be for having a decent chance of holding down at least one objective and Maulerfiends would go for tanks.
Dangerous terrain tests would be an issue, but if the dice are marinaded in cocaine and gasoline I'm sure some gods (of heavy metal? Doomrider? Slaanesh?) would bless them.

Thoughts?

My opinion:

You always gotta be thinking when making a list competitive list how do I deal with Tau, Eldar, Necrons, Daemons/Nids FMC.

Firstly any air list will make you look bad. that means Daemons/NIds/Necrons will be auto win same with IG air. You have no skyfire and although maulerfiends shoot a lot theyre not going to down 6 fliers.

I also think heldrakes are going to make you look silly.

Eldar/Tau gunlines you might do well again....then again I feel like eldar wave serpents are going to survive your fiends and total of 8 anti-amor shots with shields and youre bikes are gonna get smacked. The lords are strong but I think the nurgle lord is stronger in a spawn unit.

The main issue I have with the list (the others are minor in comparison) is that you have 2 scoring units. Chaos dont get bikes as troops like marines or orks can so making an all bikes list kinda fails in 6th. You have 2 scoring units of 10 MEQ which it seems like you want to use offensively because without them youre attacking with a small amount of bolter shots + small amount of plasma and the maulers (for the turns the lords are not in combat). Offensively thats the output of like 3 TAQ squads and the Maulers. Huron+stuff is a more effective speed/rush CSM list...

Edit: hope i made some sense man. Good luck!

Yeah, I know fliers will mess this up bad, hopefully it would be able to make it into combat before most fliers get on the table.

Maulerfiends are the combat fiends, judging from the way you talk about them I think you might be confusing them with Forgefiends (shooty fiends)?

I would never try this list in a tournament for reasons you point out, but am hoping I could get a cool speed army for some fun games, and still stand a chance of winning. I think Linebreaker would be easy to get with this list, and if the mission is The Scouring the bikes can even score!

Huron and infiltrating is a good point as it could get me up closer to the action.
