So this is basically the "Heroes and Villans" section of the Hobbit Rulebook. There's no actual rules on how to play the game, but everything about their characters, statlines, special rules, point costs, you name it, is there. Personally, I think this is pretty neat and very decent of games workshop. It wouldn't have been surprising if they'd have released a £15-20 booklet (or even more expensive) with all the rules of these models in.

I'm hoping this is going to be a trend. So, when the 3rd set of models are out, all you'll need is the 3rd rulebook. You just download this PDF and the one that will (hopefully) follow and you've got all the Hobbit Rules.
