What is the difference between a Grey Knight Grandmaster and a Grey Knight Captain? Lexicanum says both of them are in charge of 100 Battle-Brothers. Thank you for your help Dakka.

So long as the enemies of the Emperor still draw breath, there can be no peace.

Grand Masters are basically just Captains+
They're the true leaders of a Brotherhood, and will take charge when it's judged that even a Captain wouldn't be able to cope. Grand Masters are also responsible for maintaining the Grey Knight's many alliances, though they mostly just stand there and look threatening while Scribes take care of the other stuff.
Grand Masters also have the Paladins as their bodyguards.

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

All the Grand Masters together are in control of the entire chapter, captains are only in charge of their respective companies. They're headed by the Supreme Grand Master(currently Draigo)

They've moved beyond simple field command and are now in charge of Chapter business, plus important missions you can't just send a Brother Captain to do.

It's also my understanding that Grand Masters are still part of their Brotherhood but they'll move from strike force to strike force as needed. They'll be privy to information not everyone else is.

So while Grand Master X is part of the 4th Brotherhood he might currently be deployed with the 5th who is on a mission of vital importance and he was the only Grand Master available. The Captain of the 4th will manage the company in the absence of the Grand Master.
