Need some help with my Blood Pact. As of right now, I know what rules I will be using for them. Normal Imperial Guard. This army will provide long range fire support for my Night Lords because they are close range. The problem models is the tanks. They will be in 1:35 scale. Want these models to be non GW models to look different and be able to have some mods be done so they will not look that much of the base model. For example: side armor skirts.

-AT70 Reaver Battle Tank will be using the Leman Russes Conqueror rules because they faster and weaker than normal Leman Russes. The model must be able to have a lascannon mounted to the front hull without looking stupid.

-AT83 Brigand will be normal Leman Russ rules. Must be a large, blocky tank. Thinking of the WWII Cromwell or Churchill tank. Will have either a lascannon or heavy bolter on front.

-STeG 4 could be an M8 Greyhound or BTR-80. Maybe a Salamander with an autocannon.

Now it's your turn to help be brain storm.

Have you considered these for some of your infantry heads? http://maxmini.eu/fallen-legionnaire-heads-bits

Curious to see how you will do the infantry. I'm a huge fan of the Gaunt's Ghosts books.

I recommend using 1/48th not 1/35th.
I also recommend the maxmini heads or these:

Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Thanks you guys. Yep I am planning to use both of those.

I figured out that the M8 Greyhound will be much better for the STeG 4. The BRT-80 was way to big plus it was an APC. To much space. The M8 is smaller. I am going to cover the top turret with plastic card with a hatch from a Leman Russ kit. Stuck on how I should make it look less than an M8, more custom made. Maybe some armored skirts,
