Can someone explain how these work. There is really nothing noted about them that I can see.

Does the platform take a space in a transport?
Can it be removed as a casulty? Basically meaning you can have 22 wounds in a unit. (2 10 mans lets you buy 2 weapons)
If it moves does it snapfire?
Does one guy have to not shoot in order to fire it?
If the gun moves but the guy "firing" it is statoniary is it a snapshot?
What is its stats?

I'm pretty sure these are all answered in the Eldar Codex. A lot of it is in the Wargear section (Heavy Weapon Platform)

Almost every question is answered in the Eldar codex. If you haven't done so, read the rules for it and if you are still confused, ask again.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
