I've been trying to get a teal color like this on my Tau models but it always comes out light blue, sky blue or blue blue. I've tried adding white to make my colors lighter or using darker blues and adding grey or whites. No matter what combination I've tried I can't achieve this color...
I use an airbrush an Vallejo model air paints. Does anyone have any insight on what color I have to use to achieve this kind of color on my models? Preferably in the Vallejo model air paint line. I'd greatly appreciate it!

Teal has a green component, which might be what's throwing your mixes off?
I would imagine, from the pics, that Hawk Turquoise (or whatever it is in new money) with Ice Blue should give you a starting point.

If you can't get a ready-mixed colour, try mixing blue with bone, instead of grey or white.

It looks like UK Azure or UK PRU Blue from the Vallejo model air line could be close.
That blue looks like it has just a touch of green and is more grey or ivory than white. I'm not on a computer with a colour adjusted monitor and I have no idea what colour adjustments may have been done on the photo so it's hard to say.
Blue Angels blue with white added could be close.

You can try this: Open the picture in paint and use that color-pick thingie (where you can click somewhere and get that color selected for further use.
Then you can use the color editor to look ath the RGB composition. The proportion of blue to green should give you some idea what to mix.
