You know that if you want to fire the MoO the CCS needs to stay still right? Why not give them a lascannon to sit still and fire that and the MoO. Otherwise your paying 30pts for melta guns that wont be any use turns 1 and 2 while the enemy is advancing. Then once the CCS moves the MoO will be wasted.

About the BA:
Furioso without a pod or raven is trouble. Why are you buying termi armour for the lib? You don't want him tanking, you don't want him in challenges, and he isn't DSing with termis. It just wastes a power for him as he will have to cast wings every turn to keep up with the assault squad. Also get rid of his storm bolter, as he will lose a force weapon attack otherwise.
