Looking at Hamelin in the M2E beta, as he interested me in 1.5, but I never got around to playing him.

Can I get some advice on how to run Hamelin, in terms of crew guidelines, model counts, upgrades and whatnot.

I don't want to be told what to take, rather be told what's what and how stuff works.

I've now got a list, no idea if it will work or not.
