I need help making a Space Marine Minotaur list that 1). can function as an all comers, and 2). takes the best advantage of Chapter Tactics Minotaurs AND of their Chapter Master Lord Asterion Moloc's Sanctioned Fratricide Special rule.

Chapter Tactics: Minotaurs grants the following to my SMs: Crusader; are unaffected by casualties from shooting; may re-roll failed pining tests. What to do with USR Crusader? Hard to work my mind around it.

Sanctioned Fratricide grants the detactment Preferred Enemy Space Marines. On the one hand, I want to make my Minotaurs very anti-Marine, taking advantage of the SF rule; on the other, I want an all-comers list.

Please help.

Below are the Forgeworld rules for Chapter Tactics & for Chapters, respectively:

Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high

So load them up on that sweet sweet preferred enemy: marines, and pack a lot of plasma, since it'll let you re-roll all your gets hot and fail to wounds vs marines, and plasma is good against a lot of other armies. Given the number of MCs running around atm.
Just a thought

I'm not sure there is a way to really capitalize on the CT or PE. Just take a standard TAC list. I plan on running mine with Moloc leading 5 TH/SS terminators in a crusader, 8 honor guard in a godhammer, biker captain with a SS/ combi leading 5 bikes. 2 units of camo cloaked sniper scouts, and 2 TFC. Then again mines more of a Macedonian phalanx theme. My meta rarely brings the tools to deal with AV14.

Our CT alone are actually quite good. Maybe not great enough to build a list around but still good.

Last I checked it grants everything in the detachment, vehicles, infantry, etc. etc. Preferred Enemy, correct? Really, it makes no difference, since everything you take will be seeing benefit from it. If you want to focus your list around marine killing (possibly at the expense of all else), then load up on any and all AP1/2/3 weapons available to you.

Unfortunately Moloc's PE requires the unit have CT: Minotaurs.
