Not sure i would ever run this army unless i was up against 2+ helldrakes and/or 2/3+ Riptides but here we go:

Fortifications: ADL with Quadgun - 100pts

IG Allies:

HQ: Prymaris Psyker - Telepathy Powers - 70pts

Troops: Veteran Squad - 3x Plas, Plasma Pistol (sgt), Chimera - 210pts

Allied Formations

The raven can run either the Plasma Cannon or Lascannon situationally based on the army i am playing or what role I need that weapon to fullfill

Too many toys, not enough boys. And if you are facing multi riptide with broadsides and interceptor everywhere - and you come in piecemeal- which could happen - you'll be screwed anyway. Grey hunters are the best troops eva, take more.

The formation comes in all at once via its own special rules, so its just the formation and the Vendetta that are rolled for

He's right though. You don't really have enough troops for a game of this size. You have 3 scoring units, 2 of which will be flung at the enemy first turn and the other is squishy t3 5+ save. All he has to do is pop the chimera and intercept your grey hunters and you cannot win. MOAR troops are needed lol.
