You may want to remove the individual points costs for your units. The overall cost of the unit is fine but individual upgrades costs eg. Decoy Launchers x points gets dakka in legal trouble with GW.

A few thoughts:

HQ: 2 flamers really aren't doing anything for you. You can only fire one in overwatch, and you really shouldn't ever be firing with him in your shooting phase. You could also skim some other points here by dropping the jammer,

Troops: fire warriors are okay, although the top lists often use kroot. However, you're loading them down with upgrades and a devilfish, which are probably just holding you back points-wise. I'd skim these down to a bare-bone unit of 8 or 10.
Also, you should have at least 5 scoring units at 2500. I'd take at least another unit of kroot.

Elites: I'm confused as to why you took a positional relay on your riptide.

Heavy: I think you'd be better off with some broadsides instead of just hammerheads. Broadsides or Skyrays here are probably best.

Farsight: I'd drop the fireblade and take the ethereal as my farsight HQ. Free up points there. Also, if you want to take the sunshark for less competitive reasons: cool, I like playing with the sunshark. Its a lot of fun. If you're looking to get as strong of list as possible: use the points for more kroot or broadsides.
