Quick questions. If I attach a sanguinary priest to a BA assault squad, he counts as part of that unit. Now if I attach shrike to the unit, the whole unit benefits from his scout and infiltrate... does the attached priest also benefit? Does it depend on the order I decide to attach my characters?
If I wanted to, could I therefore infiltrate/scout the unit with shrike, a priest, a libby, a chap master and dante?
Ive never used characters with scout or infiltrate so I am unsure how they would interact with the units.

Shrike's special rule is poorly written. I think the intention was to let him join a unit before deployement , to grant it his Infiltration USR.
About other characters check the special rule, you can't join an infiltrator unit with IC without the rule.

Yeh I thought his rule wouldnt include other ICs even if I theoretically attach them first. Pity - it would have been fun!

The debate is the order they happen. If the priest joins first, then he is part of the unit that Shrike joins and therefore gain Infiltrate.

So I can do it then?

If the Priest joins first the unit is already deployed and therefore can't infiltrate. As you can only join units by deploying with them. He could outflank with them by sticking the whole lot together in reserve though.
