Seems fairly solid.

The advisers seem unconvincing, especially the OotF, I used to run him and he rarely did anything useful. And although the Astropath can be useful, sometimes you want your vendettas to come on after the enemy fliers, so as to get the first chance to shoot them down. (also I think the points can be better spent elsewhere-see below).

Melta CCS and flamer PCS in vendettas are fairly standard builds, and both very solid. (more so since the PCS's are troops and thus can hold objectives).

Manticores are excellent, though make sure they are in cover and bubblewrap them with infantry, as a chimera chassis is not all that durable.

For the general infantry I think you really want some better guns, and this is where the adviser points can go. For special weapons meltas and plasmas are the best, I particularly like my plasma guns. Heavy weapons really want to be lascannon where possible, so I would look for this really. Even if it means dropping an infantry squad or two for the points, the vastly improved firepower will more than make up for it.

Built it on the meta of my area, which is a lot of flying circus, and Screamerstars, I want to try and hold those things in reserve until I can get myself into a better position to deal with them when they come in.

I decided against Lascannons due to most armor in my area being light armor, and very few players dole up the heavy armor very much. I'm also anticipating changes in their 6th Edition Codex coming out in the next few months (weird considering I went with 3 Vedetta's which are most assuredly getting a hit with the nerf bat.)

But I'll make sure To test it all out before I make a complete choice.
