Trying to figure out a competitive list using the new escalation rules. Keep in mind I would only use a list with a titan versus players who are prepared to face an army with a super heavy in it. There are several players in my area with super heavies already.

single FOC:

Spiritseer (in guardian squad for conceal)

Guardians x20 (bubble wrap for titan)
Jetbikes x3 (in reserves for late game contesting)

Rev. Titan

Tau Formation:

Riptide ion, TL Fusion, Early Warning Override

Broadside HYMP x3 Velocity Tracker, Missile Drones x4
Broadside HYMP x3 Velocity Tracker, Missile Drones x4

1997

Guardians should provide some bubble wrap protection for the titan versus drop pods or assault. The broadsides provide a fairly good amount of AA and positioned in cover. I gave the riptide intercept and ion so he can melt a drop pod squad that gets too close to the titan. How competitive would this list be in a super heavy game? What changes would you make?

Being prepared for a Revenant Titan is rather hard. A Shadowsword will have one round of shooting before it goes down vs. some 5'' D blasts.

Better play with it. It can complete annihilate an enemy army in two or three rounds. Puppet master could help you to do some damage in the enemy ranks.

It's sad that the best tactics the opponent has for defeating this army relies on the titan killing its own army. Heck, just throw a Overlord with MSS at it and make it kill itself.
