Looks pretty good. Personally I would replace the seethed with an arc node and something else to fill in the remaining 4/5 points. Just so perdition can be cast from Skarre without being too close to the battle.

DJ removes the need for an arc node a bit, so it isn't super necessary.

I'd suggest adding a neurosurgeon so eSkarre can cut like crazy. Maybe drop the seether and add
-neurosurgeon = 2
2 x pistol wraiths = 6
Scrap thralls or machine wraith = 1

On the other hand if you want to use her tier list, it is crazy fun.

At 35 I've done:
Slayer - 6
Reaper - 7
Raider captain - 2
Satyxis raiders (Max) + sea witch - 10
Satyxis raiders (Max) + sea witch - 8
Satyxis blood witches (Max) + blood hag - 8

The list is crazy fast (like in their deployment zone turn 1), but has issues with armor cracking.
