Is this a legal move?

I put eCaines Magic Bullet Spell on a Gunmage and he shoots an enemy Warjack. Am I allowed to declare the nearby Wrack as my Magic Bullet target? It´s techically not a ranged attack that could miss so it should be okay to do this ,right?

I don't see anything by the summary you give that prevents it. It is fine.

Sufferer's Prayer causes ranged attacks to automatically miss. Magic Bullet, despite it's name, is not an attack, ranged or otherwise. It's just a POW 12 magic damage roll. Wracks are fair game for MB targets.
