I was playing a small non-competitive game last night and I was wondering if someone could clarify if we did things correctly.

First i fired at his cultist unit and broke them.

Second i declared a charge on the broken unit of cultist.

Third he regrouped and fired over watch on me.

Forth I failed my charge.

Fifth He started his turn and said the unit had no effects of regrouping.( a 3" move and only firing snap shots and no assaults) because he regrouped last turn. I disagreed (I thought he should still have the effects of regrouping) but I couldn't find anything in the BRB.

Please help clarify.

He didn't regroup that turn, so is correct
