The first and only supplement ever played by my mates and I. Had a fair amount of fun with it.

I think it may have been one of the first supplements period, other than apocalypse.

I think it was. Cityfight was 2001, so maybe you could count Codex: Armageddon or Eye of Terror as "supplements", too?

I'd love to play Cityfight, and in fact my armies are all urban except my BT. However, I just don't have enough urban scenery to really make it possible.

While not using "cities of death" I often play a heavy-terrained urban table.

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.

Cities of Death is my favorite way to play 40k. I just love it and play as often as I can.

what does it actually entail? We have a fair bit of city terrin but never played special rules with it. Does it change the actual rules or is it all mission stuff?

The plural of codex is codexes.

Objectives and terrain setup are different, and there are special "strategems" that are used. I think you still buy the cites of death book from GW.
Or you can just be blackbeard

Edit: You can still buy it Here.
