I know my first time through I will be Rolling an Exo Titan, I really like the idea of being a super robo murderer machine.

This is the game im most excited for but to bad its delayed until septemberish. At least that means i don't have to buy my ps4 yet though haha

I know how ya feel, but I am looking at it as if when it finally does come out, it will be the most polished and hopefully wonderful thing bungie could give to me. I will be giving them literally every scrap of my money for this game and when the beta finally drops (summer, so I am hoping early May if not early June) then I will be able to have all of the funs.

Was somewhat interested at first but now that they revealed it won't be coming to PC my last shred of interest in it is gone.

It was NEVER coming to PC.

They have been adamant about that since the beginning.

At first they were flirting the idea, they weren't adamant about it. It's only recently been confirmed.

Mer. I was interested until this thread. I wanted to play it on PC, but apparently that won't happen.

Not sure why it not being on PC is a big deal. If it turns out to be good and I have a new console by then I'll probably pick it up.

What does the PC offer, other than improved visuals, that the console won't? We all know visuals are the most important thing in our enjoyment of games...

My issue is that I'm building a PC right now, and it'll be some time before I get a PS4. I currently own a 360, but I don't plan on buying XBL ever again, and my membership just expired last month.

It's basically an MMO Borderlands. Meh.

Its not just visuals, it things like better processing power (less load times and more complex environments such as larger crowds, longer draw distances etc), mods and it will also be a bit cheaper. The main thing for me though is that I will not be buying a 'next gen' console after my Xbox spent 2 years unused under my TV so I physically won't be able to play it even if I wanted to. In fairness it doesn't look all that interesting.

The amusing thing is that it will be developed on the PC and 'next gen' consoles are effectively PCs anyway.

Shame really.

It's a Bungie game, it has thus been preordered on two platforms. Every game they've produced so far I feel has had a very high level of polish and has always given great value for money in respect to the sheer amount of content. Plus, I think the premise of a more fantasy and space opera inspired universe is very intriguing.

I agree with Melissia for once! No deal if its not on PC. too bad too, it looked like it might be decent.

To answer the "what does a pc offer that a console doesnt?" question: everything, a PC does everything a console does but better. It looks better, it performs better, I can customize it better, it is better in all things except cost I suppose.

More importantly, I have a PC that can handle the game. I do not have a next-gen console, and frankly the only way I'm going to get one is if I win the lottery. Anything else is just typical console war crap that I have no interest in.

Its only a war if you choose a side. I'll happily own all systems and laugh as the rest of you tear each other apart, muh haha.

I don't even see the point of the so called console wars. To me it's the domain of adolescents with too much time and pent up aggression on their hands.
