Looking at picking up a contemptor dread from FW and was just curious on what most would suggest as a good load out? I was thinking double khares assault cannons and ML to put out maximum firepower but was also looking at double lascannons or TLAC. I plan on using the dread to support my dual raider Deathwing army if that matters to anyone. Thanks!

The general consesus seems to be double wheres with ML. I would have to agree it seems to be the best punch per point.

Gotta add another one for the Dual Kheres. The CML might be debatable.

I could maybe see the dual Autocannon option for the range.

Until Close Combat gets "fixed" in 7th, ranged is where it's at in 6th.

Contemptor mortis with Dual kheres cannons with CML is the best all round loadout.

The only time I would deviate from this is if I wished to set it up specifically to deal with anti air, where I would give it the lascannons and ML. This way you do not need to move much, and so get to use your skyfire more frequently.
