I've seen a few mentions of Corvus Belli being very helpful when it comes to sending out missing parts. How are folks contacting CB to let them know of their issue? I bought the Shasvasti starter and I only got 2/3 Seed Soldier heads. I left CB a note on their "Contact us" form on the website, but haven't heard anything. Is there another avenue I should be pursuing?

The only time I've ever needed it was with my TAG, which was missing a part. Took them 2 weeks to respond and tell me my request had been actioned and I'd be sent a tracking number. Never saw the tracking number but the part arrived pretty quickly - I'd guess it was express posted given how fast it arrived from when they responded.

I can't say if this is normal for response time or if I just slipped through the cracks and was missed for a while.

This was from contacting them through the 'Contact Us' form on CB's website.

I bought a box of Haramaki last year from a local dealer.
It was missing its heads (all 4 of them).

I used the "contact us" email address.
I outlined what was missing, and supplied the two tag codes and my postal address.

A week later, I had an email response apologising for the inconvenience and a confirmation of missing bits being shipped. A week later, I had those parts (a week from Europe to here is normal for shipping).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
