I am new to Warmachine and my friend helped me put together this 35pt list. I was wondering if this list is good and if it needs an improvements. Many of my friends are very good so I want to make sure I choose an effective list for facing a variety of opponents.

Caster:
Warwitch Deneghra (+5)

Warjacks:
Nightmare - 10
Nightwretch - 4
Nightwretch - 4

Units:
Bloodgorgers (Leader+ 5 Grunts) - 5
Mechanithralls (Leader + 9 Grunts) - 5
Brute Thrall (x2) - 2
Necrosurgeon & Stitch Thralls - 2
Withershadow Combine - 5

Solos:
General Gerlak Slaughterborn - 3

Seems like a decent list.

If you wanted, you could swap nightmare for wrong eye and snap jaw, then use the extra point for another brute thrall. But that's really only so Denny gets extra focus to play with and doesn't sacrifice a heavy hitter (not that she needs to worry about not having a heavy hitter, with debuffs enemies will crumble to both mcthralls and bloodgorgers).

Can't remember, does Denny have ghost walk or anything, something to mitigate the units not having pathfinder?

It seems like a good list. Im not quite sure why you would take bloodgorgers over banes though.

I find your lack of Banes disturbing.

I've always felt that Banes are a little obvious anyway. Bloodgorgers are good units and could serve you very well and give a particular unexpected flavour to the game, but if you are here to win lots then Banes are your friend

Denny likes pistol wraiths, Nyss hunters, Banes (knights or thralls,) warwitch sirens and anything that likes an offensive boost
