I have been reading all of the book recommendation topics, and statistically the consensus is "get the Eisenhorn omnibus!"
Great, I am now getting it...sounds awesome!
Can someone please show me where to buy it new?! There are so many recommendations, yet this book does not seem to exist outside of libraries and second hand shops.
It costs over $100 on Amazon and Barnes and Noble for a new copy. I went into my local Games Workshop store (for about 1 minute to avoid the inevitable annoying conversation the staff to try have with you - stood outside for a little bit until somebody else went in first, then got in while the one free employee was distracted) and it wasn't there. I went to the local fantasy book store - it had LOADS of Warhammer books, but of course it didn't have Eisenhorn.
It also isn't even listed on the Games Workshop official website, or the Black Library official website (they have a different book which bundles Eisenhorn with the second series). A Games Workshop official website search for "Eisenhorn" yields no book results.
Any idea if there is some place to buy this for less than $100? I want to order it before Christmas! Thanks. Also, a European link would be best. I do not mind shipping from the USA if that is the only option, but I am based in Europe (Amazon UK also do not have it - they have free shipping throughout Europe for orders over £25 though, which is great).

It is popular and OOP. So good luck hunting.
The BL ebook bundle contains all the Eisenhorn and Ravenor books, but at about double paperback price.
That's how GW works.

Amazon UK does have it...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Eisenhorn-Omnibus-Dan-Abnett/dp/1844161560
EDIT: Didn't see out of stock XD
EDIT 2: There's still some copies not from Amazon itself available, though? In the New and Used sections

Not buyable at that link. It's pretty difficult when everyone says "buy Eisenhorn!!" but then it's next to impossible to buy. I hope someone can find a working link

It IS buyable from that page just not through Amazon. If you want the links from that page,

...for new copies and...

...for used

Yeah like I was saying, it is available but it costs around $123.23 US Dollar (on that page, on the new link, the cheapest in stock is 75 british pounds which is 123 dollars). Just looking for a normal priced book!
If it does not exist, any recommendations for another series, which is available in store and doesn't cost $100?

Only for new, and if you want it new then you may have an issue
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/1844161560/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used
There's get an option of buying used for £3 + P&P, which may be a little more for you due to international shipping.

You're welcome, dude. I really should learn to read my own links, though
If it's any consolation, my copy is used, and as a rule when they say "Good" on Amazon I've found it's closer to "Very Good" XD
Enjoy the book!

books have an incredible second hand value. I really can't see the point of hunting new books down if you have good quality old books.
Have to admit, that first hand price is insane though. Who pays that for a novel?

To be fair, it's three novels and two short stories. To be even more fair, it's absolutely insane

why the hell is it no longer in print? It's a cracking series, probably the best insight into civilian life in the Imperium. It's also one of the few series of books i will re-read every few years

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised. |

I got lucky then only got my copy for $15, I loved the series but I felt the ending for the last two was rushed.
