i've had a look through the Rulebook, can i don't see anything that prevents me from GTG whilst swooping.

It'll be an unusual tactic to do so, but flying around and suddenly being hit by a s10 Wraithcannon, the option for a 3+ Cover save in area terrain is pretty darn tempting!

The princes in Chaos Daemons codex aren't fearless, they have daemonic instabilty and can go to ground

Swooping MCs can dive, which grants them jink (5+), instead of going to ground.

But nothing in swooping removes the ability to GTG that units already have

FMCs can go to ground while swooping, but they will then be pinned and will have to switch modes at the beginning of their movement phase (unless you unpin with psychic powers or a special rule).

And be forced to go into Gliding mode and not move and only fire snap shots. Thats fine by me.

BGNT Missions and having a Daemon Prine of Nurgle GTG in Area Terrain !

You can cast Mental fortitude to the GtG MC and he can continue as normal. Right?

Killing is easy. Being politically correct is a pain in the ass...

Yes

It's mental fortitude's only use in a daemon army
