Sorry for the question guys, but with a Battlewagon, can it move 7" (with RPJ) and then fire 4 big shootas and its kannon, or would it be just one of each?

Yes. 6th ed hasn't changed how RPJ worked.

If it moves up to 6-7 with rpj, it can shoot 1 gun with full bs, all others as snapshots. If it moves more - it can shoot all snapshots, if it stays in place and hasn't fired ordnance - it can fire all at full bs. If it stays in place or moves up to 6-7 with rpj, it can shoot ordnance at full bs and all other as snapshots.

Something else to keep in mind is that you can still shoot if you Tank Shock a unit. So if you have a deffrolla, you can tank shock the unit and then fire your weapons under basic shooting rules that others have mentioned for more damage.
