I just bought an Ork Stompa. I was wondering if I should use plastic glue or super glue? Which would you all recommend?

If it is plastic, use plastic glue; make sure it is of high quality, not that GW stuff... it is absolutely a waste of money.

This is the technique I use for all large plastic kits, but also how I did my own Stompa.

For the big sections, like the outer "skirt" (one half at a time); I dry fitted them, than taped them tightly into place on the outside with blue painter's tape. After making one more check that everything was in place, I glued the inside seams with Testor's Model Master cement:

I did the same for the very large gun assemblies. Let it dry overnight without messing with it after you get the glue down.

For the rest of it I just used my usual Loctite Ultra gel:

it will be easier to paint if you do sub assembles instead of assembling the whole kit and then trying to paint it. Do the gun arm and all the bombs separately, the feet seperately, the head, and so on and so forth, and then glue it all together when you are done. Also, you may want to pin the smokestacks assembly to the main body at the end, or at least use a lot of plastic cement and let it sit overnight. They're a little heavy for superglue in my opinion, and so large the joins can flex.

I tend to use poly cement to glue plastic parts where Im 100% sure that these parts will never ever need adjusting for any reason.
Which basically encompases objects that come in two halves. e.g a space marine bike is split down the middle.

Any actual posing and things that you make a choice on, I use superglue and pins. This way when I oneday decide to strip the paint off and redo the figure, its easy, breaks apart into managable pieces and can be re-posed with no issue.
