A Dark Apostle is probably best with Cultists, preferably a large group so as to give them the most benefits from Zealot. He's an amazing model, but not really that effective, mostly because CSM has troubles getting into CC in the first place, and even with rerolls to hit, cultists aren't winning combat against anything but Fire Warriors. They'll be a reasonable tarpit in CC, and a good objective holder (although you have somewhat better options in Plaguebearers).
The Sorcerer is very good though. If you like Slaanesh, that Psychic discipline is generally considered the best (Sensory Overload has three nice effects, especially against Fire Warriors or Guardsmen; Hysterical Frenzy works on Daemonettes; Symphony of Pain hurts BS nicely), although running unmarked may be a better option. Telepathy is really good (Puppet Master, Psychic Shriek, Invisibility, Hallucination, Terrify are all solid powers), but you already know that from running a Keeper of Secrets. The sorcerer doesn't really need to be 160 points imo if you don't want the invulnerable save, Just level 3 + Spell Familiar is enough. You do lose out on Fearless though, which can be a problem occasionally.
In short, I'd recommend running the Sorcerer for what he does for your army as a whole, but in terms of how cool the models for each are, the Dark Apostle model is much cooler to me unless you have a nice converted Slaanesh Sorcerer or something.
