I recently bought 4 starters for this game. Two of these I am going to paint and play, and two of them my fiance and soon to be wife is going to paint and play. She is new to tabletop games, but is a fantastic painter. When I first saw the models for this game, I knew she would be hooked in pretty fast. This thread is going to be dedicated to our WIP on the models, as well as our game logs. I am hoping to bring in more players in the area, and my end goal is to expand this thread to include games with them.

Here is what I am starting out with:

Adepticon model :

Jacques of Martinique Painted

Vandalands:

3 Rat Raiders
3 Hamster Berserker
1 Rat Lord

Chugoku:

Wu Xian
2 Red Wu
1 Lem Han

Zabar:

2 Hyena Witch Doctor
3 Shaka War Hog
1 Pride Lioness

Ribenguo:

1 Tanuki Samurai
3 Otter Ashigaru
1 Kunoichi

So far, my progress has been painting Jacques. This was pretty satisfying, as that model has been sitting on the shelf since Adepticon back in April. I have to say that was one of the reasons I looked at this game in the first place. That model is so amazing.

I decided on a color scheme for my Vandaland army: Turquoise and red. I wanted to go with something I had never done before. It turned out looking pretty good. The next step is to finish the base on the model, then I will have my first model for the game done!

Pictures to come later tonight....

Next in line is the Chugoku warband. Those Lem Han are just too nice looking.
