It looks alittle flat. I like the scheme. But it's hard to se any details.
I think highlighting it will make it look awesome.

I think you are going for a shiny black carapace? I would very finely highlight with runefang silver, very fine, only enough to differentiate the different plates on the hard edges, too much will ruin the effect. I did a similar thing once when I did up a genestealer in Aliens colors. A little goes a long way.

Thin lines of a lighter shade of the background colour on the hard edges. Hard to do at first but it's rather easy to pick up.

I think it's a good start, but I would recommend you break up the scheme a bit, introduce some more colours. As it is it's a black Necron; while it seems you've added a gloss coat to it it looks unfinished. This is something which is common with black armies (I had the same problem with my Deathwatch squad) so it might help to introduce a bit of variety to break up the black a bit.

I would be afraid of messing up the look I have, but basically go down to the edge, taking a black I've lightened like the black I used on the joints (black & pig iron), maybe a bit darker, and apply it?
