I know in the BRB it says that a unit that has gone to ground can still overwatch, however, I heard multiple times at my LGS that it has been FAQ'd to say that they cannot. I couldn't find this in the FAQ but I want to make sure. So...what is the final verdict on this? Thanks!

Said FAQ does not exist. If they're claiming it, let them show you. If they cannot show you then they have nothing to back up that claim.

Yep, people will claim anything you will lt them get away with. Always make them show it to you.

That way,then left

I've been on the opposite side of such a situation , having real FAQ entries saying what I was claiming and my opponent knowing about those changes and refusing to play them with the excuse that he didn't have the FAQ . The thig is that I'm known in my area for knowing the rules nearly by heart, so he got convinced to trust me. I later sent him the references to prove him he did right.

This is why its good to keep copies of FAQs with your book. Keep a copy of BrB FAQs with your rulebook and each codex with said codex. That way both you and your opponent (if they also do the same) can quickly and easily reference any FAQ you will need. It is just good practice and enforced with most Tournaments.

Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com

They can shoot over watch even if they have gone to ground. There is no FAQ.
