I'm been thinking of Victoria miniatures bits.

We aren't really clear on what you are trying to achieve. Are you trying to convert the Trenchers to some other game system? What exactly is the goal of your conversion.

That said, Victoria Miniatures makes awesome stuff!

It looks like the trenchers are metal models. He doesn't like metal, so he wants to make them with some other type of model that isn't metal ...

Nothing says commandos more than berets but yeah, I'm not sure what you're asking?

Even though many of the Victoria minis parts are metal...

These are the existing Trencher Commandos.


Your absolutely key parts to me are the weapons, bare heads, trenchcoats and stick grenades. Bit of an intensive conversion (esp. as we don't know what components the upcoming plastic Trenchers come in) if you ask me. Doable, but still.
