Or as I'd though of calling this thread: "Rot thrown at the wall", because being an Ork player, I've gotten myself used to the fact that I got plenty of expendable boyz, and with the fact that nurgle marines (or chaos marines in general) have a lot less models makes me a bit dimmer, tactic wise. Anyway, you didn't come here to see this, but to read my list and judge how poorly made it is.

HQ:
Typhus: 230
I would originally had used a Chaos Lord who would had cost about 210 points, but then I thought that I might as well use Typhus instead

Chaos Sorcerer:
-Mastery Level 3
-Mark of Nurgle
-Sigil of Corruption

Ally Great Unclean One:
-Mastery Level 3
-2 Greater Rewards and a Lesser Reward
This guy is one of the reasons that I wanted to bring Daemon allies to my list. You see, I've got the FW GUO (had it since last christmas, and I'm still happy about it!), and let's face it, that big daddy's too awesome not to use.

Troops:
8 Plague Marines:
-2 Plasma Guns
-Combi-Plasma for the Champion
-as well as some Melta Bombs

8 Plague Marines:
-2 Melta Guns
-Combi-Melta for the Champion
-and some more Melta Bombs
-and a Power Sword thrown into the mix

Ally 20 PlagueBearers:
-A Plagueridden
-20 points of rewards
-an Icon of Chaos
-and the Plague Banner
I have an idea about getting these up close, but if the mission is objective based, I might as well let them camp on an objective behind some cover, and let their flies cover them.

Heavy Support:
Land Raider:
-Dirge Caster
Pretty much Typhus' ride, along with one of the Plague Marine squads

Predator:
-Las Cannon sponsons
-Twin-linked Lascannon

And that's pretty much it. Although, I'm not really sure if I want to use the land raider nor the predator, and I'm not even sure if I need to clear space for the other plague marine squad to get a rhino, sine they seem to be painted with a "FREE FIRST BLOOD HERE!" sign.

Also, even if Helldrakes seems powerful, I'm not gonna take them. And I haven't intended to get one either.

I like your attitude. If you use typhus, swap out marines for zombies. Trade pred for 2 oblitz MoN. Why do you need a sorc?

Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure if I'd want to do that tho. Maybe I could thin the Plaguebearers down to 10 instead, and then add them (although I'd have to use orks to proxy them. Oh well )

Trade pred for 2 oblitz MoN.

Can't really do that tho, since they'd cost more than the predator that way, and even if I do make room for them, they'd need to be at least 3 with VotLW in my opinion. The predator just seems slightly better when I think about it, since it's there to provide anti-tank/monster support (unless I'm horribly mistaken)

Why do you need a sorc?

I don't, but since he is a nice model, I thought "why not use him"? But yeh, I should probably swap him out for something else, since he doesn't seem to be able to do much.
