I'd take as a core: DLord w/ warscythe, mss, 6 Wraiths, 2x 10 Warriors w/ Night Scythe, 3 AB s, and 10 Immortals w/ Night Scythe.
Not to be the bad guy, but sometimes people don't always want to run the same old Scythe and Wraith spam, especially seeing this is a semi-competitive list. Honestly, this does very little to actually help the
OP. I also think that the Wraiths in this list aren't meant to blatantly charge forward, rather, I think they're meant to be the counter-assault unit that would threaten that blob.

Other than that, get your OL a 2+ save, he needs it badly.
I'm a bit confused as to why you would keep Tesla when running with a Stormtek? Gauss synergizes much better due to
RF having the same range increment as the Vstaff, and it will give a little extra cushion in case you miss terribly with the staff. Although I strongly agree with the 2+. It drastically increases the longevity of your O.Lord. I would consider dropping the phaeron upgrade to get it.
As a whole I like the list. It's a little different and should serve you well especially in a semi-competitive setting. The brick is slow, but durable. The only thing I would caution is that since you only have one squad of Wraiths that you keep them on the flanks/out of
LoS as best as possible. They will absorb a crap ton of shooting and likely be priority #1 and since you don't have the Wraith redundancy a typical Wraithwing will have. Treat them like a glass hammer basically (although note, this is mainly in regards to super shooty armies like Tau and Eldar. You can kind of getting away with throwing them at other armies with a little less forethought).
I'd also agree with perhaps attempting to squeeze in a
GA if you can. It gives a decent amount of flexibility as it not only regens your brick, but can also be used to give cover saves to your Annihilation Barges on turn 1, in case you don't get first turn. I understand if that's not your style though/doing so would compromise the core of the list.
The Immortals may be dinky, but they do have the benefit of giving you strategic
str 5 fire where you need it. Very useful for clearing things like Firewarriors behind their
ADL or just getting shots off where you otherwise wouldn't be able to. You gain mobility, durability, and extra firepower as compared to the typical 5x Warriors in Scythes. You can afford to be a little more aggressive with your scoring troops that you otherwise wouldn't be able to. It's one of my preferred strategies honestly.
